Jim Davidson has over 25 years of experience managing market research and service quality projects.
His company, Competitactics® (com-pet-i-tac-tics), created, owns and manages the Distribution Canada Mystery Shopper Program that targets independent grocers. Davidson is spearheading a joint venture to create a virtual marketplace to provide retailers and other service providers with a synergistic platform to compete on-line. Jim has taught business courses at the college and university level for the past 19 years. |
Davidson chaired the Canadian Chamber of Commerce SME (Small Medium Enterprise) committee from 2012 to 2017. The committee focused on issues such as anti-spam legislation, Canada's Open Data initiative and advertising dollars to attract inbound international tourists.
Jim earned his MBA at the University of Toronto and his Master of Arts degree in Geography at Wilfrid Laurier University.
